Motion in Art

Howdy Y'all!
As I previously mentioned in the fashion inspiration post, I am really into motion and the idea of movement in art. For my final project, I've decided to create this rendition of me and I thought it was cool and wanted to show you guys.

hey darlings!

so it's been a pretty hectic week. It was October break but instead of having a nice relaxing week, I had sat cram class all day, everyday. It was crazy! Then on Saturday I took my sat (for the last time, hurrah). BUT the best part of my week was that night when I got to go to BEIBERS CONCERT. yeah, that's right, I'm a belieber. 

I know there's a spectrum from hate to love for Beiber but honestly, he was very professional. He was not late or drunk or high. He was also a great singer and he really developed that potential everyone saw on YouTube. anyways, it was an amazing concert. 

So, now it's Monday and I'm suppose to have school but god listened to my prayers and it's a typhoon day! An extra day of vacation? hell yeah!

Nailed the Nails

hey darlings! For those of you who don't know, I went to Toronto this summer and bought about 10 bottles of nail polish. Yeah, I went a little crazy. BUT on the plus side, I've tried a buttload of different nail polish brands from OPI to ohmygosh. While they were all pretty great, I found essie to be the best brand yet.

First, the colors are just gorgeous, they're mostly in pastel shades and they work all season round. Secondly, they are so easy to apply. Unlike other brands, the texture is so smooth and (for a lack of better word) un-sticky. Basically, it's just so easy to place it on your nail without making a huge mess. Lastly, they have the cutest names ever.

Currently, I only own to essie bottles: mint candy apple and the matte gel finisher. But I LOVE THEM. so if you're looking for a new bottle of nail polish to try on or you have a free evening, just drop by your average drugstore and pick a bottle up.

sorry lovelies

hey lovelies! okay, so I know I've been neglecting this blog wayy too long and I apologize for being so absent. ugh. but I'm just gonna keep you up to speed on what's going on with my life. well first, senior year WOOOooooooooOOOOOooo. okay yeah, it's fun and all but the classes have gotten tougher and along with college apps and sats, my parents had to leave me home alone for a while cuz of business and family issues. so lots and lots of stuff to do.

anyways to sum things up, I love each and every one of you who read this and I'm sorry for being so terrible at this.
