Obsession: Kiss Me Organics' Organic Matcha

Hello my fab darlings, it's time for a new segment we like to call "obsessions". The idea is very simple, we like stuff and we share it with you guys cuz we love you guys~

Here it goes...

Lately, I've been really into organic food and trying to make whatever I can out of my mini fridge and the community microwave (yes, I am too lazy to walk down to the dining hall). Thus, when the opportunity came for me to try out Kiss Me Organic's Organic Matcha, well I am all about the free food (but don't worry, my opinions come from the stomach/heart well they're basically the same thing, right?)

Go Nuts for Donuts

Hi darlings,
[Sidenote: It's been an amazing few months (fyi, I just started college) but it's been quite hectic. In between my school, work, and sorority, I hate to say it but I've been neglecting you guys. For that, I'm sorry 1000000 fold.
I hope this makes up for it.]

Today is a really special occasion. It's the day that has LITERALLY been scientifically proven to be calorie-free (I'm kidding, don't quote me on that). Today is...
NATIONAL DESSERT DAY
In honor of this magnificent day (and the fact that I've been craving powdered donuts like a pregnant lady), I've decided to find 10 donut recipes that make you happy you're alive.

Why: Cause who doesn't love sushi? And who doesn't love NEW styles of sushi?! It is taking an old classic and making a twist. All the rolls have cute names and are pretty delicious! They even have an "Amy Roll" and I've tried it and Amy is delish ;)

(Still in Toronto)

Bubblegum Finds: Dazzling Cafe

WHEN: Daily 11:30 am to 9:30 pm
WHERE: SML Center, 1st Floor, No. 618 Xujiahui Road, Shanghai
WHY: The cutest cafe I have ever seen and dang delicious bread dessert! I know, I know how can bread be amazing? When it is covered in ice cream, honey and yummy fruits. The waiters are also in super cute maid outfits!

Bubblegum's Finds: XinWang

WHEN: Daily 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM
WHERE: Several Stores (Kerry Parkside in Pudong, Shanghai)
WHY: The store had great simple but colorful decorations that I really enjoyed. I appreciated the factory-like, metal furniture and they had really nice light fixtures. The servings were great for the price (inexpensive) and the asian food was quite authentic.

The food was good and arrived timely. However, the service was not wonderful (understaffed) and waiters had the unpleasant attitude that is often seen in Shanghai. One thing I love about this restaurant is that it also has an adorable add-on bakery with a delicious assortment of breads (lots of authentic Canto food).

If you're planning on visiting this lovely city, I would recommend this restaurant for its good food and great prices! Comment down below if you've ever been or if you have any restaurant recommendations for us.

I have heard so much great things about this restaurant
But I always thought first it was far and second it was too expensive
So I had a chance to go for my job
and I am just too excited
I learned it was not far at all! It was so close I was early!
Second, it was not that expensive! It was worth it
Some restaurants are expensive for the hype but honestly I loved Nota Bene
They were delicious and just everything I want and more
One of the most enjoyable dinner experiences I had.
Gosh, I wish I could capture everything.
But i was busy eating.
Enjoying the moment ;)
