Why: The most elegant hotel and delicious food, plus there was a prix fixe menu. The food looks like art and it tastes like heaven.

I just wanted to say, looking at these photos, my mouth is salivating. It is an absolutely amazing restaurant and one of the best services in Shanghai. Now I know those of you in North America believe service is guaranteed in restaurants but let's just say its a little different here. Their lamp chops (what I ordered) melts in your mouth. Definitely worth the decent price we paid.
